WPC board

WPC boardWPC board (decking) is an excellent building and finishing material, widely used in the construction of various types of outdoor structures. The word "decking" means "deck board". Initially, decking was made from various types of wood, but in recent years, technological developments have made it possible to manufacture boards from a mixture of crushed wood and plastic - wood-polymer composite. WPC boards are easy to process with regular tools, just like wooden boards, and the same tools and hardware are used to fasten them as with regular wooden boards. Wood-polymer composite boards, like other profiled WPC moldings, are manufactured using continuous extrusion, which allows producing WPC products of virtually any length.

WPC boards contain 50 to 80 percent wood, as well as plastic and special additives that ensure high-quality fusion of the mixture components. The percentage of wood is selected based on the required properties of the wood-polymer composite board - the more wood, the closer the board's properties become to wood.

We produce hollow boards made of wood-polymer composite material with a cross-section of 150x30 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm, with three partitions 2 mm thick inside, the board surface is smooth on one side and corrugated on the other. Our wood-composite board is widely used in construction - it is used to make floors, walls, partitions, ceilings, to build terrace areas, fences, gazebos, outbuildings, hangars, storage facilities for agricultural products, as well as many other structures, in the construction of which wooden boards are usually used.
